Lynne Dupuis

Founder & CEO

As the vibrant founder of LMDSolutions, Lynne Dupuis leads with passion and expertise in governance, strategic planning, and project management. Her innovative approach has propelled LMDSolutions to industry prominence and earned her accolades such as Entrepreneur of the Year at the Soirée Saphir 2024 and multiple awards at the Gala Améthyste 2023, including the Prix Coup de Coeur and Prix Femme Entrepreneure.

Lynne brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the Francophone community's needs through her consulting work with numerous non-profits across Ontario. Her ability to deliver impactful solutions in both of Canada’s official languages sets her apart in the field.

Lynne's governance journey is equally impressive, with roles on boards such as Health Sciences North, YES Theatre, Greater Sudbury Utilities and the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce board. Known for her strategic insight and dedication to excellence, Lynne is often described as a “governance geek,” with a passion for developing policies and ensuring organizations thrive.

Lynne holds a Master’s degree in Applied Sociology from Laurentian University and has pursued a PhD in Applied Sociology at the University of Montreal, reflecting her deep commitment to her field.

Mélanie Rollins

Director of Operations

Mélanie Rollins is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for numbers and a knack for demystifying financials. As the Director of Operations at LMDSolutions, she channels her expertise in planning and project management into the day-to-day operations of the firm. Known as “The Numbers Girl,” Mélanie is a bilingual communicator who excels at breaking down complex concepts and challenging the status quo with her innovative ideas. She's also the team's cheerleader and resident snack guru!

She holds an HBA in Psychology and a BEd from Laurentian University, along with a diploma in Accounting and Payroll Administration. Mélanie is a proud member of the National Payroll Institute and the Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada.

Meghan Perrin

Associate

Meghan is a seasoned bilingual (FR/EN) facilitator and strategist whose expertise lies in holding space for meaningful dialogues and strategic translation. Her approaches are rooted in emergence, equitable practices, co-creation, collective impact, mindfulness and large-scale system change. 

Supporting health, social and non-profit organizations relating to large-scale change, strategy, governance, collaboration, integrated care and building capacity for collective impact; she brings over 12 years of experience in Canada and Ontario’s health and non-profit sectors spanning governance, primary health care, public health, policy, health equity, advocacy, french language services, program and project management as well as health promotion and community development.

An associate with LMDSolutions, Meghan is also the founder of IMPACT MP and an associate with other women-led consultancies that convene, coach and build capabilities in various domains. She holds an MHSc in Health Administration from the University of Toronto and a Baccalauréat spécialisé en sciences de la santé from l'Université d'Ottawa and has pursued extensive continuing education relating to facilitation, governance, leadership, management consulting, integrated care and more.

Anne Dupuis

Director of Organizational Design

Anne Dupuis is an experienced design and operations leader with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and over a decade of hands-on experience in managing teams, projects, and internal systems. Her background spans both creative and operational roles, where she has led multidisciplinary teams, improved organizational workflows, and supported client-focused service delivery.

With roots in industrial and spatial design, Anne brings a strong visual and systems-thinking lens to her work. She has applied design principles not only to physical environments but also to organizational structure—using layout, flow, and user experience thinking to shape how teams interact, collaborate, and perform.

She is known for her practical approach to problem-solving and her creative, design-led approach to building systems that support both team efficiency and long-term organizational goals.
