As the snow melts and fresh air fills our lungs, spring brings with it the promise of renewal—and I truly think your board of directors deserves that same energy!

Just as we clean out closets and refresh our homes (yay spring cleaning!), this is the perfect season to take stock of your board’s governance structures and strategic direction. A little “spring cleaning” can go a long way in strengthening your organization’s foundations and setting the tone for the rest of the year.
