LMDSolutions Inc. Supports the Francophone Community through the Ontario Francophone Support Program (PAFO)
Ottawa, October 21, 2024 -Thanks to the Government of Ontario and the Ontario Francophone Support Program (PAFO), LMDSolutions was able to actively participate in the Congrès de l'Assemblée de la Francophonie de l’Ontario (AFO)  which brought together over 300 people in Ottawa this past week.

With this support, LMDSolutions Inc. presented its new Engagement Model and directly reached over 50 individuals through two workshops, one-on-one advisory meetings, and numerous interactions at the LMDSolutions Inc. booth. These interventions aimed to address disengagement and collaboratively find solutions to counter the perceived wave of disengagement within organizations across the province.

We are also excited to continue this support with the development of personalized toolkits for participants, which will be delivered in the coming weeks, as well as “MasterClasses” this fall to deepen the use of the model and find practical solutions to challenges. Additionally, a specialized MasterMind will be offered this winter/spring 2025 for those looking to explore sustainable solutions to disengagement. LMDSolutions Inc. appuie la communauté francophone grâce au Programme d’appui à la francophonie ontarienne (PAFO)

Ottawa, 21 octobre 2024 - Grâce au gouvernement de l’Ontario et au Programme d’appui à la francophonie ontarienne (PAFO), LMDSolutions a pu participer activement au Congrès de l’Assemblée de la francophonie de l’Ontario (AFO), qui a réuni plus de 300 personnes à Ottawa la semaine dernière.

Grâce à cet appui, LMDSolutions Inc. a présenté son nouveau modèle d’engagement et a directement rejoint plus de 50 personnes à travers deux ateliers, des rencontres d’experts-conseils en tête-à-tête et de nombreuses interactions au kiosque de LMDSolutions Inc. Ces interventions visaient à cibler le désengagement et à trouver ensemble des pistes de solutions pour contrer la vague de désengagement perçue au sein des organismes à travers la province.

Nous sommes également ravis de poursuivre cet accompagnement avec le développement de trousses personnalisées pour les participants, qui seront livrées dans les prochaines semaines, ainsi que des «MasterClasses» cet automne pour approfondir l’utilisation du modèle et trouver des solutions durables. De plus, un MasterMind spécialisé sera proposé cet hiver/printemps 2025 pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer des solutions durables face au désengagement. Sudbury, October 3rd 2024 – LMDSolutions Inc. is proud to announce that it has been selected as a recipient of funding from the Francophone Community Grants Program (FCGP). This program aims to strengthen Francophone communities in Ontario by supporting significant initiatives that promote the growth and development of the Francophonie.This substantial support marks the beginning of a new growth phase for LMDSolutions Inc. as we expand our capacity to serve the Francophone community.

With this grant, LMDSolutions Inc. will enhance its efforts to support Francophone organizations through specialized services in strategic planning, governance, and operations, as well as her new LMDSolutions Engagement Model. We will deliver six intensive engagement and networking activities (including 2 workshops at the AFO conference in October), and train four employees to effectively support our Francophone clientele. Additionally, upgrades to our website and social media platforms will enable us to provide more tailored training and establish new partnerships across Ontario.
This recognition will allow LMDSolutions Inc. to continue playing a crucial role in improving the capacity and effectiveness of Francophone organizations in achieving their strategic goals.
