PRESS RELEASE- LMDSolutions Returns from New Brunswick with New Partnerships and a Stronger Vision for Governance in Support of the Francophone Economy

Sudbury, Ontario  — LMDSolutions is proud to have participated in the Ontario–New Brunswick Economic Mission organized by the Société Économique de l’Ontario (SÉO), in collaboration with the Fédération des gens d’affaires francophones de l’Ontario (FGA) and the CÉNB–RDÉE New Brunswick.

Over the course of four days, the mission brought together Francophone and bilingual entrepreneurs from Ontario and New Brunswick to foster new business opportunities, strengthen inter-provincial relationships, and build lasting partnerships between the two provinces.

For Lynne Dupuis, President and CEO of LMDSolutions, the experience went well beyond business development.“

We came home with valuable new connections, but more importantly, with the confirmation that organizations are facing remarkably similar challenges, regardless of their sector or province. During the mission, LMDSolutions met with cultural organizations, private businesses, economic development agencies, and community leaders from across New Brunswick. These conversations provided an opportunity to introduce the LMDSolutions Model, an organizational diagnostic framework built around four core pillars: Knowledge, Direction, Structure, and Results, recently published in the company’s book Wake Up Call: Stop Fixing the Wrong Things.

The mission also reinforced the tremendous potential for collaboration between Francophone communities in Ontario and New Brunswick.“

Following the mission, LMDSolutions will continue developing collaborative initiatives with partners across New Brunswick in the areas of governance, strategic planning, organizational development, leadership, and organizational capacity building.
